Tanvi Agrawal

I’m a recent Psychology and Business graduate from the University of Waterloo with experience spanning research, government administration, communications, and customer-facing roles. Through my academic and professional experiences, I’ve developed strong skills in communication, organization, data management, research, problem-solving, and working collaboratively with diverse teams. I’ve conducted psychological research involving literature synthesis, data coding, and quantitative analysis, while my government experience strengthened my ability to manage information, prepare professional documents, coordinate tasks, and work within structured environments. My experience in hospitality and customer service has also strengthened my interpersonal skills, adaptability, active listening, and ability to build positive relationships in fast-paced settings. I’m particularly interested in opportunities in communications, marketing, human resources, recruitment, operations, administration, customer success, and research. I’m looking for an early-career role where I can apply my combination of analytical and people-focused skills, take on meaningful responsibilities, and continue developing professionally.
