In my customer service experience (World of Titan for 1 year; Startek for 6 months), I supported customers while strengthening my communication, multitasking, and quick-learning abilities. I’m known for positive attitude, empathy, and teamwork in fast-paced settings.

I also completed certifications and training that broadened my finance and banking understanding, including “Certificate Program in Banking, Finance & Insurance (100 Hrs)” and programs through NISM and other training partners. I’m comfortable with finance-related learning and can apply structured thinking to new requirements.

Beyond work, I’ve stayed active through campus leadership and public speaking development, including Toastmasters pathway completion and involvement with training and placement forums. I aim to be an asset to the organization by combining customer orientation with disciplined learning.
