At TransGanization, I’m forward-deployed in the CEO’s Office of an oil and gas equipment manufacturer, turning operational problems into AI and data tools. I built an LLM-powered candidate screening application on the Anthropic API and digitised the operating model into an interactive process knowledge graph.
I also productised process data into a role-adaptive induction app, automated manual data workflows, and shipped live executive dashboards. As Project Champion for an Operational Excellence transformation, I led a four-person team across 17 workstreams, cutting after-sales turnaround by 40%.
Previously, at Ecovis RKCA, I advised more than 30 clients on outsourced CFO and compliance services and served as Product Manager for in-house AI/ML platforms. My earlier work includes payments project management at Mastercard and software engineering on Mastercard systems at Attra Infotech.
