At Maersk GSC, I established PMO governance and developed dashboards for global transformation programs including FLOW, TWI, Equipment Circularity, and Advanced Procurement. I worked with program teams on charters, business cases, project plans, risks, and issues.
I also drove a company-wide ERP assessment and selection initiative involving internal and external stakeholders and vendors, including IFS and SAP. Across the programs, I maintained project documentation and supported vendor and contract management.
Previously, at Allianz Technology, I managed demand and resource operations for a department of 1,200+ colleagues across India, along with vendor operations, financial reporting, and governance. My earlier work included project delivery at Sungard Availability Services and presenting and onboarding customers for CELOXIS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED's project management software.
