What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role where structured digital media planning meets ownership, autonomy, and cross-cultural collaboration.

I've built digital media planning teams, campaign processes, and launch workflows across Publicis Media Austria and EssenceMediacom Austria.

At Publicis Media, I built the Digital Planning & Implementation department from the ground up, growing it from zero to a team of six-plus people. I oversaw €100M+ in digital campaign budgets and introduced a cross-team JIRA workflow that reduced errors.

At EssenceMediacom, I planned and optimized campaigns across display, video, CTV, social, audio, DOOH, podcast, and native advertising. I used live performance reporting to guide budget reallocations and coached junior consultants through a structured onboarding program.

I work remotely and bring strategic planning, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration to structured teams that value ownership and autonomy.
