What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven role where I can coordinate projects, build long-term partnerships, improve operations, and connect teams, vendors, creators, and audiences to drive business growth.

I've led operations and project delivery at Kyiv Consulting, coordinating corporate events, business trips, and partnership initiatives for more than 70 participants. I manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and deliverables, and serve as a key point of contact for external partners.

Previously at Baker Tilly, I sourced and managed suppliers, venues, and service providers while coordinating corporate events, employee engagement initiatives, procurement, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

I bring experience across consulting, operations, marketing support, events, procurement, and project coordination. Having lived in Germany and worked in multicultural environments, I build authentic relationships across diverse teams, partners, creators, and audiences.
