At NGO “Talk!”, I coordinate project planning, implementation and monitoring. I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop evidence-based psychological support protocols and design and facilitate training for psychologists and project specialists.
At NGO “Maternal Power”, I managed client communication, case management and support strategies, while coordinating project activities and engaging partners and sponsors.
With Expert Group / SEMO / CIMOR, I coordinated programmes in environmental conservation, cultural heritage, civil society development and social mobility. My work also included research, grant applications and programme documentation; I bring a background in psychology and experience supporting vulnerable communities.
