I’m looking for a business-focused legal role supporting trademark and IP prosecution—managing dockets, portfolios, and USPTO filings—where I can partner with attorneys and deliver reliable, client-ready work as brands grow.

I’m a business-focused Trademark & Intellectual Property Paralegal with hands-on experience supporting USPTO filings, including Section 1(a) and 1(b) applications, Statements of Use (SOU), and Amendments to Allege Use (AAU). I’m trusted to manage IP portfolios, maintain docketing systems, and assist with Office Action responses while keeping work accurate and deadline-driven.

At Cabral Law, I prepare and file trademark applications, conduct comprehensive trademark/Patent clearance searches, and analyze risk for client advisement. I independently manage high-volume legal workflows—coordinating communication between clients, attorneys, and the USPTO, tracking critical deadlines, and organizing prosecution status and documentation.

As a Business Legal Architect™ Consultant, I build the legal framework of businesses from federal trademark and tradename registrations to entity formation, so brands are protected, structured, and ready to scale. I prepare trademark filings under Section 1(a) and 1(b), support compliant specimens, and help respond to USPTO Office Actions with statutory and procedural accuracy.
