What I'm looking for

I’m looking to bring my experience back into a long-term in-house role with the right organization and team, where I can build lasting relationships and contribute to a sophisticated legal function.

At Lawtrades, I support Professional Physical Therapy by developing legal department infrastructure and managing workflows across corporate, real estate, contracts, and employment matters. I also work with clinical operations to review patient incident documentation and identify legal, regulatory, and operational risks.

At Westaway, I supported startup legal needs from incorporation and corporate governance through contract review, equity matters, and financing vehicles up to a Series A round. I also supported founders with BOI and KYC compliance and due diligence projects.

Earlier, I supported corporate and litigation work at REG n/k/a Chevron Fuels and Renewable Solutions and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
