What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a paralegal role where I can support IP/patent enforcement with drafting, agreement review, and data analysis, while collaborating with attorneys and business partners to improve processes and deliver reliable, organized work.

I’m a paralegal focused on intellectual property and patent enforcement, where I support enforcement efforts with strong drafting, research, and data handling. I’ve built my career around accuracy, organization, and clear communication with both business units and outside counsel.

At Caterpillar, Inc., I draft legal documents, track enforcement data, and help lead projects such as “Patent to Part.” I maintain databases related to patent enforcement, create and maintain processes, collaborate across teams, and perform data analysis and agreement review to support effective enforcement.

Alongside my legal work, I serve as an Advocate Supervisor with CASA of the 10 Judicial Circuit, supervising volunteers and advocating for abused and neglected children in the court system. I write and file court reports, attend hearings, conduct home visits, and coordinate with attorneys, counselors, and caseworkers.

Earlier roles included Paralegal (General Law) and Paralegal (Personal Injury) duties, plus a Paralegal Internship, where I focused on drafting documents, filing, collecting client information, scheduling, and updating records. My experience is grounded in Microsoft Office tools and e-discovery/workflow platforms like Power BI, LexisNexis, Amicus, Clio, eCounsel, and Anaqua.
