What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-friendly role where I can own IP trademark and patent docket accuracy, deadline tracking, and client/matter intake. I thrive in fast-paced environments that value clear communication, quality control, and dependable legal support.

I’m a detail-oriented, deadline-driven docketing specialist with 4+ years of legal support experience, focused on managing U.S. and international IP dockets for multiple clients. I keep filings, office actions, and maintenance/renewal deadlines accurate and on time by clearing dockets daily and verifying statuses in U.S. and international databases.

I’m experienced across trademark and patent procedures, including USPTO, WIPO/Madrid Protocol, and foreign associate correspondence. I also handle conflict checks, client/matter intake, engagement setup support, and docket updates by reviewing EFS/TEAS receipts and outgoing correspondence to ensure every critical date is properly entered and annotated.

Before specializing in IP docketing, I strengthened my foundation through roles such as Legal Assistant and Editorial Coordinator, where I managed calendars, drafted client/attorney communications, performed quality control, and coordinated peer review workflows. My Paralegal Certificate and strong legal research and writing background reflect how I work: organized, precise, and reliable—especially in remote and fast-paced environments.
