I deliver real-time retail technical support for enterprise systems, including POS devices, pin pads, fuel and pump controllers, site controllers, routers, modems, and network switches.

I check logs to identify errors, diagnose issues, determine root cause, and apply corrective actions while documenting findings so problems don’t recur.

I support device onboarding by adding new devices to DHCP, troubleshoot network issues and device slowness by reviewing internet speed and packet loss, and manage self-checkout machines and iPads through MDM.

At work, I also assist users with Workday password resets and application access, troubleshoot Teams/Outlook and other Microsoft applications, handle printer issues by installing and updating drives, and monitor critical service and DR metrics during outages with bridge calls.
