What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can coordinate incident or change processes, lead cross-functional teams, improve operational workflows, and maintain clear customer communication.

I'm currently an Incident Manager at BetterMore Consulting, contracted to Nordsk Hydro to manage daily incidents, trackers, tickets, and reports.

I organize and lead problem-solving meetings and chats to drive resolution, while coordinating external customer service colleagues.

Previously at Deutsche Telekom TSI Hungary, I managed customer change processes in ServiceNow, created workflows, and directed teams to deliver change requests within agreed timelines.

I've also coordinated daily customer incidents, producing trackers, tickets, and reports and leading resolution-focused meetings. I bring ITIL v4, PRINCE2, CAPM, SAFe DevOps, and SAFe Scrum knowledge alongside German and English communication skills.
