What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a growth-oriented recruitment role where I can build on my current recruitment and coordination experience, develop further in candidate sourcing and resourcing, and grow within a professional, supportive team environment.

I coordinate recruitment activities at SMHR Recruitments, sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates, conducting pre-screening and reference checks, and preparing complete profiles for client submission.

I also coordinate interviews, offers and onboarding, maintain recruitment workflows in Asana, and support client outreach. My background in real estate and hospitality has strengthened my client communication, organisation and ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally.
