What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead recruitment, placement, and candidate onboarding operations where I can strengthen client partnerships, manage compliant high-volume processes, and support successful local or international placements.

I've progressed at Summit (Reach Summit Global) from Recruitment Administrator to Recruitment & Placement Manager, leading recruitment and placement operations across programmes. I oversee international placements with Silversea and Royal Caribbean, client relationships, recruitment targets, MIE checks, bulk interviews, and candidate travel and visa logistics.

I've managed high-volume candidate pipelines, screening, interview coordination, onboarding documentation, reporting, and learnership programme administration across Wholesale & Retail, Hospitality, and Gaming Operations. I also support candidates through work-readiness workshops covering interview preparation, CV writing, and workplace etiquette.
