At Lautan Bersama Nusantara Foundation, I lead Surabaya’s pilot project for the Bloomberg Philanthropies Mayors Challenge 2025, selected as a Top 24 global finalist. I work with the Mayor of Surabaya and government stakeholders on behavior-change solutions that encourage reusable products.

I manage the project cycle, including implementation, operations, monitoring, budgeting, and reporting. I also directed field activities for 300 beneficiaries and designed a program to help households move from single-use diapers and pads to reusable alternatives.

At BUMBI, I coordinated partnerships and campaigns to reduce single-use diaper waste, working with government, international organizations, private companies, and hospitals. I helped facilitate a Surabaya mayoral instruction and circular letter endorsing the shift to reusable diapers, and represented BUMBI at forums including ChangeNOW 2025.

As BUMBI Project Coordinator, I worked on a reusable-diaper project serving 532 beneficiaries and healthcare workers, combining educational events, local-government collaboration, and community impact analysis. I also founded and ran Ilona Cake Lombok & Maraabakes, managing business operations and partnerships.
