I’m looking for a purpose-driven team where I can coach leaders and teams, deliver intercultural communication workshops, and drive growth and transformation through breakthrough, goal-focused methods.

I’m a Compassionate and results-driven Life Coach and Motivational Professional with a strong foundation in personal development, intercultural communication, and coaching. As a certified Breakthrough Life Coach and Motivator, I help people overcome challenges, improve confidence and resilience, and achieve personal and professional goals.

Since June 2018, I’ve been working as a freelance coach, delivering intercultural communication consulting and motivational coaching for international companies and organizations. I conduct one-on-one sessions and workshops on communication, leadership, mindset, and personal effectiveness—often combining breakthrough coaching techniques with clear goal setting and accountability.

Before coaching, I built 20+ years of leadership, training, education, and people-centered development across multicultural settings, including roles such as Co-founder and Executive Director and Branch Manager. I bring emotional intelligence, active listening, and relationship-building to every engagement, aiming for growth, transformation, and positive change.
