What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue improving IT operations through systems support, SAP workflows, data quality, troubleshooting, user training, and process improvement in a collaborative environment.

At ZETDC, I clean and validate legacy ICS data for migration to ZUMS, reduce duplicate records, and document verification procedures that improve data reliability. I also support SAP HCM and FI workflows, including overtime, leave routing, postings, and reconciliations.

I've resolved NDM system issues, managed helpdesk ticketing and performance reporting, trained staff across regions, and contributed to DCS decommissioning and ISO-aligned upgrade analysis. Earlier at BancABC, I supported core banking operations, technical query resolution, account reconciliations, and workflow documentation.
