I’m an IT & Customer Support Analyst with 7+ years’ experience delivering technical help desk support, remote troubleshooting, user training, and front-line customer service across corporate and NGO environments. I coordinate support requests end-to-end, maintain accurate records, and communicate clearly and patiently with clients and colleagues—both in person and remotely.

In my current role as Information Systems Analyst at ZETDC, I serve as the first point of contact for staff IT and systems queries, applying problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve system issues and improve user experience. Previously at PSI, I supported staff with software, hardware, and network issues, assembled and maintained end-user setups, created user manuals, and managed IT spares procurement and hardware audits to minimise downtime.
