What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role in sales, customer service, customer support, digital marketing, social media, or administrative support, with opportunities to work with international teams and clients.

I've sold physical and digital products through online channels since 2020, managing customer interactions from initial contact through negotiation and purchase.

I use Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business to answer questions, identify customer needs, present products, and build responsive customer relationships. I also create videos and social media content, primarily for Instagram, to promote products and services.

Previously, at Incel Celulares, I provided in-person customer service and sold products across retail and wholesale channels. I recommended suitable products, communicated product information clearly, and negotiated with customers.

I'm comfortable working independently in remote environments and communicating with international teams and clients in Portuguese and advanced English.
