What I'm looking for

I'm looking to use my learning and development, stakeholder management, and operational experience to build sustainable training and onboarding programmes while supporting strong service delivery.

I'm currently a Dual Fuel Engineer at Octopus Energy, planning domestic gas and single-phase electric meter installations, completing safety repairs, and giving customers tailored energy-efficiency advice. I was recognised for outstanding customer service and efficient installation work.

Previously, I led sustainable onboarding and induction programmes at the Housing Ombudsman Service and trained apprentice engineers at British Gas. Across banking, insurance, housing, and energy, I've designed training, supported operational decisions, managed stakeholders and budgets, and developed tools to improve quality and delivery.
