At GRAPHIC SOLUTIONS DIGITAL, I own onboarding and offboarding across seven warehouses, maintaining contracts, employee records and compliance documentation in Sage Payroll.
I create and post job adverts, manage applications, run interviews and follow-ups, and present job offers. I also support sales reps with KPI monitoring and accountability, and work with senior leadership on workforce retention and HR process improvement.
I handle disciplinary hearings in line with South African labour law and have handled four CCMA cases over two years. I also designed and implemented seven employee satisfaction policies and own employee wellness and staff appreciation.
