I've managed end-to-end recruitment across simultaneous client mandates at Immploy Recruitment Agency, from job advertising and candidate tracking to reference checks, offers, contracts, onboarding, and monthly hiring metrics. I maintained ATS records for more than 100 active candidates and partnered with hiring managers and HR teams on staffing plans.

Earlier, at DLK Group and Ikamva Youth, I supported competency-based recruitment, Boolean and LinkedIn sourcing, payroll administration, leave management, HR reporting, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
