At HANNONS, I independently manage the complete HR function and partner with Executive Management across recruitment, compliance and HR operations. I manage recruitment through onboarding and induction, and prepare employment documentation.

I led the implementation of PaySpace, replacing paper-based HR and payroll administration with digital employee self-service, including online leave, electronic payslips and digital employee records. This reduced HR administration costs.

I developed HR policies, procedures and SOPs, along with onboarding processes, contracts and job descriptions. I also managed the end-to-end warehouse retrenchment process and supported management through the consultation process in line with South African labour legislation.

Earlier at HANNONS, I progressed from HR Coordinator to Human Resources Manager, supporting recruitment, employee relations and employee lifecycle administration. At NFRS RECRUITMENT SERVICES, I handled candidate registrations, interview scheduling and client and candidate liaison.
