I bring strong patient and caring skills, combining “excellent patient evaluation and advocacy” with a focus on “exceptional care” and patient education. I’m results-driven and prioritize building trust through strong patient rapport.

In my current roles, I support daily life for geriatric patients by assisting with ADLs such as bathing, eating, and toileting, and I take vital signs. I provide care according to the aide plan of care/assignment sheet and document and notify as required.

I also support guests/customers as a concierge by greeting people, managing complaints, and handling basic reception and administrative duties. I resolve concerns and conflicts professionally to maximize satisfaction while applying excellent written and verbal communication.
