Samantha Hines

I’m a Certified Nursing Assistant who provides compassionate, safety-focused care in home settings, nursing facilities, and senior living. I support patients with everyday needs, ADLs, companionship, and health monitoring while staying grounded in infection control and privacy.

In my caregiver work, I help clients and residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, meal preparation, and comfort care. I’ve also worked with dementia and memory care clients and support hospice-style needs when required.

Alongside direct care, I’ve contributed to clinical operations and patient readiness in a hospital environment. I assist nurses in hospital departments and, as a notary, handled birth certificates, while also supporting patients before and after procedures.

I also bring strong front-desk and client-support experience from my office and receptionist work, including answering phones, organizing files, and conducting client satisfaction surveys. With my CNA background plus BLS/CPR certifications, I’m ready to bring calm, reliable support to a team that values safe, respectful care.
