I’m a Project Management Consultant with a BAdmin in Public Administration and Management and 18 years of experience driving successful project delivery. I specialize in building performance standards, conducting impact analysis, and using cost-benefit analysis to assess programme outcomes.

In my current role, I develop comprehensive project plans aligned to strategic and annual performance objectives, then lead teams to deliver targets within timeline, budget, and scope. I oversee budget expenditure management, risk management, stakeholder engagement strategies, and Agile execution—coaching teams on Scrum practices and supporting Agile adoption across the business.

Previously, I served as a Project and Quality Assurance Senior Manager, where I defined scope, budgets, timelines, and team goals, and managed delivery and quality assurance using Agile methodologies. I also strengthened compliance through SLA-driven client support, reported progress to senior leadership, and enabled continuous improvement through training and process documentation.
