What I'm looking for

I’m interested in using Python and AI to automate IT and security tasks, and I’m open to remote work.

At Electrosales, I provide Tier 1 support for hardware, software, and network issues across Windows, Linux, and macOS. I administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure accounts, and help protect endpoints through security patching and incident response.

I also monitor LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN performance, assist with network device configuration, and train staff on phishing recognition and password hygiene. I hold CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certifications, and I’m interested in using Python and AI to automate IT and security tasks.
