I'm looking to support senior leadership by coordinating strategic priorities, leading cross-functional initiatives, and using operational data and technology to improve execution, customer experiences, and business outcomes.

At Uncommon in Singapore, I represent the member voice, translating feedback into operational and product improvements with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

I manage complex escalations with empathy, commercial judgement, and a focus on protecting member trust. I also build repeatable onboarding, engagement, and support processes that improve consistency.

Previously at Deliveroo Middle East, I led customer operations across the UAE, Qatar, and Kuwait, managing multicultural teams of up to 32 people. I supported the Kuwait and Qatar launches by coordinating support readiness, operational processes, and service standards from the ground up.

Across 15+ years in international operations and luxury hospitality, I’ve turned strategy into daily execution through SOPs, workforce planning, budgets, Power BI reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
