I've led end-to-end international SAP transition projects at Proaxia Consulting Group, taking delivery from planning and mobilization through knowledge transfer, operational readiness, go-live and stabilization.

I coordinated cross-functional teams of up to 50 people and built a multi-location 24/7 SAP support team of 20+ consultants in Poland and Malaysia. I established governance, managed risks, dependencies, budgets and client reporting, and supported more than 30 international clients.

I also owned bids and scope definition for SAP S/4HANA support, preparing proposals and executive presentations for international clients. By converting transition projects into long-term support contracts, I helped create predictable recurring revenue and strengthen business stability.

Earlier at Hicron, I led international SAP service operations, improved ITSM processes, supported service expansion, and contributed to ISO/IEC certification readiness. I'm now available to return to a senior project management role.
