At SHIFT PROPERTIES, I work as Chief Executive Officer, brokering the sale of land and houses and the rental of properties in partnership with major real estate companies in Ghana.
At LEADERSHIFT INSTITUTE (Social Enterprise), I organized leadership development projects and training for youth across Ghana, and undertook social development projects for youth.
At ABii NATIONAL SAVINGS AND LOANS, I maintained relationships with external stakeholders, handled public relations and service hotline issues, and assisted with customer service in corporate branding.
I established Leadershift Institute to run school drives, conferences, and workshops focused on youth leadership and entrepreneurship. In 2018, over 10 youth volunteers signed up, and the enterprise embarked on over 10 school drives.
