What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an immediate contract or permanent role where I can lead building services, facilities, M&E, maintenance, procurement, or infrastructure projects while improving compliance, vendor performance, and operating costs.

I've delivered M&E, facilities, and infrastructure work across engineering consulting, healthcare, automotive, and property development for more than 30 years. Most recently, I provide consulting for building services and facility management projects, covering planning, design, implementation, maintenance strategies, inspections, and compliance audits.

At Jurutera Perunding Warisan, I supervised HVAC, water pump, generator, electrical, and fire-system installation and commissioning for residential and commercial complexes. I also coordinated approvals with JKR, BOMBA, and TNB, improved engineering documentation SOPs, and completed building condition assessments for government buildings.

Previously, I led integrated facility maintenance for government healthcare facilities at Edgenta Healthtronics and hospital maintenance across 13 state hospitals in Perak at Propel-Johnson Control. I managed engineering teams, contractors, preventive and corrective maintenance, SLAs, operational expenses, and asset-condition reporting.

My automotive procurement and vendor-development experience at Perodua included managing RM200M monthly procurement, auditing more than 700 vendors, sourcing CKD parts internationally, and delivering RM15M in annual local-content cost savings. I bring mechanical engineering, contract administration, Lean Manufacturing, VA/VE, Kaizen, and team coaching experience to contract or permanent roles.
