I’m looking to lead multi-site facilities and maintenance operations—building preventive maintenance, compliance governance, and SOPs—while using CMMS/data reporting to improve SLA performance and manage critical incidents with control.

I’m a results-driven Facilities and Operations professional with 8+ years managing facilities operations, technical service delivery, and multi-site support across healthcare and commercial environments. As a degree-qualified Electrical & Electronic Engineer (Power Systems), I focus on preventive maintenance planning, technical supervision, compliance governance, and operational readiness.

I lead maintenance teams across multiple clinic branches—building shift schedules, SOPs, audit checklists, incident reporting, and SLA tracking—so operations stay reliable even during major disruptions. I’ve also digitalised branch audits with photo/date-stamp compliance scoring and developed a facility maintenance app/CMMS workflow to strengthen data collection and performance evaluation, while spearheading ESG electricity, water, petrol, and diesel tracking across branches.
