What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead green building, retrofit, certification, and construction projects where I can coordinate stakeholders, improve sustainability performance, and deliver practical solutions from planning through handover.

I currently lead green building retrofit consultation and certification work, developing strategies projected to reduce building energy consumption by 15% and improving client compliance with GBI standards.

I coordinate site audits, sustainability assessments, technical documentation, and stakeholder communication for existing buildings. My ongoing work includes GBI certification for six Universiti Malaya buildings and sustainability consultation for an industrial automotive warehouse.

Previously at SKB Shutters Corporation, I managed projects from tender and specification through delivery, testing, commissioning, and handover. I supported major projects including PNB 118 Tower, LRT3, Menara AIMS Data Centre, TNB Janamanjung Plant, and CIMB and Maybank branches, while improving scheduling processes and reducing delays by 15%.
