At SAP, through ManpowerGroup, I handle more than 40 support tickets a week across Mac and Windows environments. My work spans account access, MFA, Outlook, VPN faults, and enterprise application errors, with SLA compliance above 98 percent.

When application or integration issues arise, I investigate the root cause and work with internal teams on a resolution. I also contributed to internal SOPs and the team knowledge base to help reduce repeat escalations.

At Cronysoft, I was part of a six-person team building and maintaining an enterprise ERP application. I introduced a structured root cause analysis process that cut the team's bug backlog by 40 percent.

I built a Windows Server 2019 home lab covering Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, OUs, and GPOs, and set up a Microsoft 365 trial tenant for hands-on administration practice. I hold an MSc in Data Analytics and a BSc in Computer Science.
