What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a project-management role in cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environments where I can manage milestones, risks, and vendor delivery using agile/predictive methods—improving workflows, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency.

I bring hands-on project leadership across multi-stakeholder environments, where I monitor progress, track milestones and deliverables, and surface risks and bottlenecks early. I’m driven by outcomes—especially improving customer satisfaction through disciplined delivery and clear coordination.

Most recently, I’ve served as a Project Manager at Horizon Tech Services (01-2024 to date), liaising across departments and managing operations/administrative tasks. I also supported sourcing strategy for the Centre of Quantum Technologies and saved PKR 9 mil. through alternative vendor management.

Before that, I managed end-to-end project planning and execution at Creative Design Agency (05-2023 to 12-2023), standardizing tasks and job documentation and improving service workflows “as per SOPS.” I’ve also led marketing operations, budgets, vendor and merchandise management, and promotional campaign execution—driving measurable efficiency and savings.

My background spans marketing coordination to quality assurance, including sales/import data analysis, logistics coordination, inventory planning, distributor audits, and QA via compliance and surveillance audits. I’m certified in Fundamentals of Agile Project Management and Fundamentals of Predictive Project Management (Project Management Institute), and I bring that planning rigor into every engagement.
