At Hashtag Media, I coordinate delivery across five concurrent company accounts and contributed to more than 80 client website development projects, from order intake and scope confirmation through final delivery.
I track milestones, deadlines, and resource allocation in MS Excel, and serve as the primary liaison for international clients. I also define and negotiate project scope with prospective clients and maintain project records for active and closed accounts.
At Think Above & Beyond, I led content generation and social media delivery for a multi-industry client portfolio. I onboarded and trained 25 interns on content and social media workflows.
My experience also includes administering records for more than 1,000 students at Ali Consultancy and bioinformatics research work at MGBIO, NUST. Iām completing the Google Project Management Professional Certificate, with two of six courses completed.
