At Wireframe Marketing, I architected and deployed Trivo’s conversational AI assistant across four verticals using GPT-4o mini and FastAPI. It serves 12 tenants and handles more than 3,000 customer chats per month, resolving 65% of product and order-status chats without human handoff.
I also engineered FocusFlow, a cognitive rehabilitation platform with four modules and personalised treatment plans. Its adaptive ML engine uses gaze and mouse tracking to calibrate difficulty in real time; focus sessions extended from 3 to 45 minutes over 12 weeks.
Previously, as an Associate Software Developer at Wireframe Marketing, I was a core developer on Trivo, a multi-tenant SaaS commerce platform, and managed production websites for US and UK clients. In my projects, I fine-tuned BLIP-2 and built a UK law RAG chatbot, improving correct-provision retrieval from 62% to 89%.
