At Inside Success TV, I built AI CAST, a real-time voice agent that simulates buyer calls for sales-rep training. I designed its prompt assembly around persona, call type, and difficulty, and built a benchmark harness to catch regressions before release.

I also fixed a silent-drop bug that kept persona fields from reaching the model and added a guard to flag missing character-file data. In my other work, I developed an AI-powered insurance platform at Vortex and built projects involving agentic retrieval, model evaluation, and a personal AI assistant.
