I built production AI platforms for marketing automation, sales, and customer support, including a multi-tenant CRM that closed deals worth $6–7K for the agency running it. My work spans LLM applications, voice AI agents, and workflow automation.
At TRON AI and Embitronics, I built platforms for customer conversations, support tickets, and follow-ups. I developed React dashboards and Node.js APIs, and integrated OpenAI for conversation summaries, response suggestions, and automated support workflows.
On the Voice AI Intake System project, I developed a production Retell AI agent orchestrated through n8n Cloud and integrated with GoHighLevel. I analyzed latency and cost, then shipped improvements across three published agent versions and multiple workflows.
I also built Nova, a multi-tenant SEO automation platform for healthcare practices, and contributed to a self-hosted multilingual document Q&A system. My projects include AI-powered customer support, ad-data ETL, and a real-time conflict intelligence map.
