I'm an Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering graduate pursuing an International Service Desk and L1 Technical Support role.
Through academic labs, self-practice, and an ESP32-based EV Hill-Climbing Battery Saving System, I've diagnosed hardware integration issues, isolated root causes, and applied structured troubleshooting methods. My technical foundation includes TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, VPN basics, Cisco IOS routing and switching, and Office 365.
I'm comfortable with voice-based customer support, rotational international shifts, ticket-based workflows, and clear English communication, and I'm eager to build a long-term IT support career.
