What I'm looking for

I'm targeting Project or Program Management roles at fintech organizations where structured delivery and CBDC domain expertise can drive measurable outcomes.

At ICICI Bank, I manage delivery for the e-Rupee (Retail CBDC) Program, an RBI-mandated digital currency initiative. I coordinate the cross-functional program team and technology vendors from requirements planning through production release.

I led agile execution using JIRA and developed requirements, user stories, and process flows to align product, engineering, compliance, and vendor work. I also drove the closure of 70+ critical security vulnerabilities within one month.

For the CBDC program, I manage vendor governance and work with compliance and risk stakeholders to incorporate RBI requirements into delivery plans. I also coordinate UAT cycles, stakeholder acceptance, and defect resolution.

At Philips India Ltd., I supported agile delivery for an R&D New Product Introduction team as a PMO Intern. I created Power BI project reporting, built a Fuzzy TOPSIS model for early fault detection, and developed a VBA risk forecasting model.
