At AU Small Finance Bank, I led the Delhi NCR Regional Processing Centre supporting 50+ branches and played a key role in the bank’s transition to a Small Finance Bank. Earlier at ICICI Bank Limited, I coordinated training, implementation, and UAT for the Finacle Version 10 core-banking migration and managed a Currency Chest automation rollout across India.
