Performed end-to-end user research and observation to define product requirements for a university entrance exam simulation platform (Try Out). Translated qualitative research findings into actionable technical specifications and user-centered designs, and developed PRDs for feature development.

Created 5 Instagram feed posts, 40+ stories, and 10+ pieces of copywriting, achieving 7,000+ account reach and a 43.9% increase in accounts reached. Improved performance through data-driven content optimization, growing engagement by 13.5%, monthly profile visits by 5.5%, gaining 200+ followers (12.5% growth), and increasing external link clicks by 51%.

Built a responsive mobile application prototype using Flutter and used Git/GitHub for version control. Contributed as a copywriter for the “Internal Networking 2” committee by creating four Instagram captions to drive event registrations.

Designed UI/UX mockups for a class management system and a video content platform in Figma, including a documented design system and reusable component library for engineers. Collaborated with the product manager and engineering team to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.

Managed laboratory operations and weekly practicum sessions for 100+ students per semester, including end-to-end documentation of student activities. Organized 2 monthly academic workshops (4 sessions per month, 100+ participants per event) and supported smooth delivery.

Conducted end-to-end user needs analysis (interviews, surveys, and sentiment analysis) to identify pain points in a public complaint platform. Redesigned business process flows using Design Thinking and improved usability (SUS 88/100 for public users, 86/100 for officers).

Coordinated a cross-functional agile team of 6 to build an AI-based agricultural mobile application, managing the full product lifecycle from user interviews to deployment planning. Integrated backend services and implemented image recognition models into the mobile interface in collaboration with ML and cloud engineers.

Developed a responsive web application using ReactJS and Tailwind CSS and supported workshop media delivery for 100+ participants over three weeks. Acted as project manager for the Inspire Her event by coordinating logistics and decoration and collaborating with speakers and the team to ensure smooth execution.
