I’m looking for a People & Culture/HR leadership role where I can run end-to-end HR operations, strengthen wellbeing and engagement, and make data-driven people decisions—while ensuring full compliance and operational excellence.

I’m a People and Culture leader with 9 years of experience supporting associates and leaders across multi-department operations. I’m trusted to partner with HR directors and leaders on wellbeing, data-driven people decisions, and operational excellence—while keeping compliance tight.

In my current role as People & Culture Assistant Manager, I manage HR strategy execution and alignment with organizational goals, including emotional wellbeing, grievances, and disciplinary processes. I leverage HR technology to automate recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration, while improving onboarding turnaround time and employee query resolution speed.

I’ve repeatedly delivered measurable outcomes: during the HR Director’s maternity leave, I led full-spectrum HR operations for 260+ employees across multiple departments with zero disruption to strategic initiatives. I championed 100% HR compliance, maintained 100% accuracy in MHub data, and reduced audit findings to 0%—safeguarding regulatory adherence.

I also focus on engagement and leadership effectiveness, contributing to a 5% increase in the Leadership Index Survey at Aloft Abu Dhabi (2025), with a 94% “K” rating. I’ve supported engagement and work-life balance improvements (3% engagement score increase and 6% work-life balance satisfaction improvement) and helped drive Marriott International TakeCare Certification and Emiratization goals through wellbeing and development programs.
