What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support customers and operations while applying my technical, Shopify, database, and Generative AI skills to practical business work.

I've supported customer communication, Shopify website content, database-related tasks, documentation, reporting, and daily business operations at Van Vision.

Previously, at Royal Enfield & Heritage in Thrissur, I handled customer enquiries and service communication while supporting administrative coordination and routine office operations.

I build practical AI-assisted projects, including FestWaste, an AI-powered festival waste management concept that predicts waste hotspots, monitors zones and bin status, and generates alerts using a Predict → Prevent → Manage → Learn workflow with Gemini AI.

My technical foundation includes HTML, CSS, SQL, MySQL, basic Python and JavaScript, alongside Generative AI, prompt engineering, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Canva AI, and AI-assisted creative workflows.
