I’m looking to grow in a technical support or automation role within the Shopify ecosystem—using Liquid/theme debugging, subscription app troubleshooting, and webhook/workflow automations (n8n) to solve merchant issues fast.

I’m a Shopify technical support specialist and AI automation enthusiast with a background in industrial engineering. I’m comfortable working on Shopify theme structures, subscription app troubleshooting, webhook integrations, and workflow automations using tools like n8n. I’m also certified in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Prompt Engineering by IBM and Google.

Through freelance Shopify support and store setup, I’ve resolved app conflicts, layout bugs, and checkout/cart functionality while managing client communication end-to-end. In my projects, I’ve built and debugged custom Shopify experiences—like a Sticky Add-to-Cart widget using Shopify AJAX Cart API—and translated designs into responsive storefront frontends in HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
