What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead or contribute to biomedical and healthcare data initiatives involving clinical evidence, oncology genomics, FAIR data, metadata standards, data quality, and analytics-ready datasets.

At BaseSolve Informatics, I lead large-scale curation of clinically actionable oncology biomarkers and build structured biomedical datasets for precision oncology reporting platforms used in clinical decision-making.

I design metadata standards using disease ontologies and graph database frameworks, oversee QC and validation workflows, and collaborate with engineering and AI/ML teams to improve ingestion and automation. My Python-based solutions reduced data processing time by almost 10X, and I create analytics dashboards using SQL, Python, and Power BI.

Previously, I curated clinical-trial, regulatory, guideline, and literature evidence at Innoplexus and validated cancer variants at PierianDx. My background also includes postdoctoral microbial genomics research, reproducible sequencing-data workflows, and the Dr. D.S. Kothari Postdoctoral Fellowship.
