What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and apply bioinformatics workflows for translational cancer research, integrating genomic, transcriptomic, and clinical data to generate clinically relevant insights, biomarkers, and testable hypotheses.

At Datar Cancer Genetics, I analyse integrated genomic, transcriptomic, and clinical datasets to uncover biomarkers, stratify patients, and identify treatment-response associations across cancer types.

I lead scientific and bioinformatics design for a multi-module precision health and longevity platform, spanning biomarker selection, assay feasibility, interpretation logic, databases, and reporting workflows. I performed the core analysis and statistical interpretation behind 15 accepted ASCO 2026 and four accepted ESMO 2026 abstracts.

My work combines R, Python, UNIX/Linux, RNA-seq, variant analysis, and clinical data interpretation to create reproducible workflows for translational oncology.

Previously, at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, I generated single-cell, single-nucleus, spatial, and multi-omic cancer datasets. My research has contributed to publications in Nature Medicine, Nature Genetics, Cell Reports Medicine, and a first-author Cell Reports Methods paper.
