At Cellworks Research India, I contribute to the enhancement and validation of Auto Therapy Rationale (ATR), a precision-oncology predictive model. My work connects genomic aberrations with molecular pathways, therapeutic mechanisms, analytical scoring, and patient-specific treatment rationale.
As an Associate Scientist, I analysed approximately 60–70 live oncology cases annually and performed longitudinal patient and treatment analysis. I also used SQL and Python/pandas to validate data, automate recurring quality checks, and support predictive-model monitoring.
In the Lab Product Management team, I document ATR workflows, draft user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira, and support feature testing, UAT, and release validation. I also maintain issue tracking and workflow documentation with cross-functional teams.
Earlier, I supported analytical development work at Biocon Biologics Ltd. and comparative oncology research at ACTREC – Tata Memorial Centre. My background includes biotechnology, cancer genomics, clinical data quality, and laboratory analysis.
